The cost to you will vary based on several factors, including account volume, workers’ comp costs, and lead time for our recruiters. Ambassador is committed to providing quality employees to your company at a competitive price.
What is the process for finding employees through Ambassador?
Our search and recruitment efforts begin immediately. We will get the details of the position from you so we can send the most qualified candidates for your needs. By clearly understanding your needs and the requirements of the position, we can select the best candidates.
How long will it take to have an employee in our company?
The time frame for successfully finding an employee for you is going to vary based on our current employee base and your specific needs. We are committed to sending the most qualified candidates. We can screen and interview them ourselves, then present you with the top candidate(s), or you can interview them yourself.
What kind of background checks do you provide?
Ambassador strives to make quality matches on every position that we fill. In addition to detailed, in-person interviews, we screen any potential employee through an effective screening process which includes SSN verification, a seven-year criminal background check, a five-panel drug screen and a past-employers reference check. We use the Department of Homeland Security’s E-Verify service to check their employment eligibility. All this will be at no cost to you.
What if I am not satisfied with an employee placed by Ambassador?
We realize that not every job is a fit for every person and sometimes that is not clear until the person is working. Our temporary-to-hire program provides an opportunity for you to see an employee in your work setting and determine if they are someone you would want to hire. If you are not satisfied with an employee, we can replace them. We also offer direct placement services with guarantees that vary based on the order.

Ambassador is a full-service staffing firm and we handle positions in all areas of clerical, professional, manufacturing, warehouse, industrial and technical job placements. By having a broad base of applicants, as well as various recruiting resources, we can meet your needs in most areas of your business.
Why should I use your service instead of filling the position on my own?
Simply put, we save you time and money. The screening process for our applicants allows us to best match their skills and training to the positions.
Also, the hiring risk is out of your hands. If you are not satisfied with an employee, we will replace them, and you have not made the investment of hiring them onto your payroll. We cover workers’ compensation and unemployment costs.
If you run your own ads, you are inundated with qualified, unqualified and overqualified applicants. We’ll take away the stress and time of sorting through the applications to find the ones who are qualified. Ambassador invests in our own employees by providing ongoing training and certification for our internal staff.
